Error code CE-32889-0 will show the status message: Download has canceled because the downloading of this content has previously been started and experienced an error.

Go to Notifications – then Downloads. Check to see if the content is on the list. If so, delete the content from Options, and retry downloading the content from the Library.
If the download fails again, back up the data using a USB device or a PS+ online storage, then go to Safe Mode to try option 4 (Rebuild Database). After Rebuild Database is finished, bring up the data and retry the download from the Library.
If it fails again, go to Settings – then Initialization – then Initialize PS4, then try the PS4 initialization.
